Refund and Returns Policy
We at GalaxyGas are dedicated to offering the best culinary infusion products to our clients. We recognize that an exchange or return may occasionally be required. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
Return Eligibility Window
After the date of delivery, our policy is valid for 30 days. We regretfully are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed from the delivery of your order.
Conditions for a Return
Your item must fulfill the following requirements in order to be returned:
Unused & Unopened: The item needs to be unopened and in the same state as when it was delivered.
Original packing: The product needs to be in its original, sealed packing. We are unable to accept returns of tanks or chargers that have been used, punctured, or have a broken safety seal because of the nature of pressurized gas.
Proof of Purchase: In order to process your return, we need a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
A number of product categories are not returnable:
Opened Gas Tanks: Any GalaxyGas cylinder that has had its seal removed or linked to a regulator.
Once the seal is broken, culinary flavorings or infusions are considered perishable goods.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sale Items: Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. “Clearance” and “Final Sale” items are not returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items are only replaced if they arrive damaged or faulty. If you get a tank with a manufacturing flaw or a defective GalaxyGas regulator:
Contact Us Right Away: Within 48 hours of delivery, send an email to our support staff.
Provide Proof: Provide a clear photo or video of the flaw or shipment damage together with your purchase number.
Resolution: If the flaw is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or give you a complete refund.
The Refund Process
We will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
Approval: Within 7–10 business days, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically given to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet. It can take some time for your refund to be posted, so get in touch with your credit card company.
Shipping & Hazmat Regulations
Return postage Fees: If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of postage. The cost of shipping is not refundable.Hazmat Handling: GalaxyGas tanks are categorized as Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) because to the pressurized $N_2O$ they contain. Pressurized gas cylinders must be handled and transported by a certified carrier.Tracking: We strongly advise getting shipping insurance or utilizing a trackable shipping service. We are unable to ensure that your returned item will reach us.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@yourwebsite.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”.
Warning: Do not ship pressurized tanks back to us without prior authorization and proper Hazmat labeling, as this may violate postal regulations and result in fines or safety hazards.
